The outdoor onsen was amazing, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of hiking in the Kirishima volcano landscape. The staff was incredibly helpful and the shuttle service was a big plus, making it easy to get to and from the airport and train stations. And let's not forget about the food - the breakfast and dinner were delicious and satisfying, offering a taste of authentic Japanese cuisine.

The hotel could definitely benefit from some renovations, as it is showing its age. The rooms and facilities could use a bit of sprucing up, with broken furniture and dirty bathrooms being notable downsides.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely tatami area to unwind in. The hotel facilities were great, especially the outdoor onsen which was a treat. The staff were pretty good too assist us, and the shuttle service was convenient. This hotel is a great base for exploring the beautiful mountain landscape around it. The breakfast and dinner provided were delicious, with generous portions.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with tatami area. Lovely outdoor onsen. Helpful staff and shuttle service. Delicious and filling Kaiseki dinner. Good base for hiking in Kirishima. Tasty and large portion dinner in room. Large public bath. Child-friendly accommodation
